Terms of Service
&WHATMEANS is the owner and manager of this website and e-commerce store, hereinafter referred to as &WHATMEANS. The information, products, and services provided on this site are for your personal use only and not for commercial purposes. By accessing this site, you accept the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from accessing this website.
&WHATMEANS wants to make it clear that presenting any product on our website doesn't constitute an offer to sell. We hold no obligation to fulfill orders made through this website. Your order will be considered as an offer to buy the products from us. While we will acknowledge your order at the earliest, we aren't obliged to supply the products unless they're available in stock and are priced according to the listed prices.
In the case of items that are out of stock, delayed, or have a higher price than the listed price on your order, we will try to reach you at the email address provided while placing the order. If we fail to contact you or do not receive a response to our email, we will proceed to process the rest of the items on your order.
Shipping and Delivery:
&WHATMEANS aims to transport your selected products to your preferred location and recipient quickly and in flawless condition. ZAJEL is the courier we rely on for both domestic and international shipments to guarantee speedy delivery.
If you haven't received an email with your tracking details, please contact us, and we will either track your shipment for you or provide a tracking number that you can use at www.zajel.com.
We store delivery information such as the recipient's name, location address, and contact number for delivery purposes only. We do not store any other identifiable personal information.
We endeavor to dispatch most orders within 7 business days or earlier, depending on dress specifications, credit card clearance, stock availability, location, address verification, shipping time, and item availability. If there is an unreasonable delay or items are out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.
Our courier services, ZAJEL, transports our products to all countries. However, some items may be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis depending on the destination. This means that the customer is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
If you decline delivery, are unavailable or unable to receive your item despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, we will charge you for unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs, and your purchase will be returned to &WHATMEANS.
We offer free shipping for deliveries in Dubai, while other domestic and international delivery fees will be indicated on the checkout page.
At &WHATMEANS, our ultimate goal is to ensure our customers' satisfaction. To make the shopping experience smooth and hassle-free, we recommend that our customers carefully review the detailed SIZING CHART before placing an order. If, for any reason, the purchased item does not fit properly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two business days of receiving your order, and include your Order number and sizing issue.
Our dedicated customer service team will get in touch with you promptly to discuss available size options. If the item is out of stock, we will provide a credit note that can be used on www.andwhatmeans.com within six months or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
In case you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return your unused items within one week of purchase for a prompt exchange or refund. Please note that the full refund amount minus the shipping charge will be credited back to your account after we have received and inspected the merchandise. Also, the returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and have all the original packaging and garment tags attached. Items on sale or part of special promotions cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We do not accept any items that show signs of wear and tear, and such items will be returned to the customer. It is advisable to use reliable courier services like FedEX, DHL, or UPS for the returns and keep the proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postal costs of returned goods, and we will reimburse them only in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
It is important to note that refunds for any purchase made through our website will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
To initiate a return, customers can email us at email@example.com with their Order ID and reason for the return. Once we receive the request, we will confirm and dispatch a courier to collect the items. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 to 30 days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If you prefer, you can also contact one of our customer care representatives, whose contact details are provided below, for guidance through the return process.
&WHATMEANS takes great care in ensuring that all items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in the rare instance that you receive a damaged item, please inform us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number, a description of the damage, and if possible, an image. Please note that any claims for damaged goods or missing items must be reported within two business days of receiving your package.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm it and arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received it and provide you with an estimated dispatch date for the replacement item. Please note that you will not be charged for the shipping fee of the replacement item.
In the event that the item is out of stock, we will offer you a credit note that can be used on www.andwhatmeans.com within six months or process a refund, which will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 15 to 30 days.
Store Credit & Cancellation Policy:
&WHATMEANS offers store credit in accordance with our return policy. If you wish to exchange your purchased item for something else but nothing is available at the time, we will issue you a store credit. Please note that store credit can only be used online at our website: www.andwhatmeans.com. It cannot be transferred to another person or account, and may only be provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method. Additionally, store credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store (if available), but any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. As a reminder, please treat store credit securely like cash.
To view your store credit balance, simply log into your &WHATMEANS account. Your store credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD (US Dollars). If you select "Credit Card Online" as your payment method, the details on your ID should exactly match those of the credit card used to make the purchase. We do not accept or offer cash, payment on delivery, bank transfer, or cheque.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order, and we reserve the right to cancel your order. For first-time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that payment will be made in full when your order is accepted and processed by us.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. If the billing details differ, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details. After a customer makes a payment online, should they want to cancel the order it must be within 24 hours in order to be able to reverse the transaction.
