Our dedicated customer service team will get in touch with you promptly to discuss available size options. If the item is out of stock, we will provide a credit note that can be used on www.andwhatmeans.com within six months or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
In case you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return your unused items within one week of purchase for a prompt exchange or refund. Please note that the full refund amount minus the shipping charge will be credited back to your account after we have received and inspected the merchandise. Also, the returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and have all the original packaging and garment tags attached. Items on sale or part of special promotions cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We do not accept any items that show signs of wear and tear, and such items will be returned to the customer. It is advisable to use reliable courier services like FedEX, DHL, or UPS for the returns and keep the proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postal costs of returned goods, and we will reimburse them only in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
